MaxisAgent is an AI assistant that helps you query, configure and build within Oracle NetSuite. It acts within your own NetSuite session and permissions. MaxisAgent 是帮助你在 NetSuite 中查询、配置与构建的 AI 助手,在你自身会话与权限内操作。
Plans (7-Day Trial / Pro / Pro+ / Max) grant a token allotment valid for 30 days from activation (the trial for 7 days). When the allotment is used up OR the validity expires, the service stops until you purchase again. The 7-Day Trial may be used once per account. 套餐(7天体验 / Pro / Pro+ / Max)自激活起授予一定 token 额度,有效期 30 天(体验为 7 天);额度用尽或有效期到期后服务停止,直至再次购买。7 天体验每账户限一次。
Payment is collected via third-party marketplaces (e.g. Xianyu/Taobao). After payment, the administrator activates your plan against your registered email. Refunds follow the marketplace's policy; an un-activated purchase can be voided. 付费通过第三方平台(闲鱼/淘宝)完成;付费后由管理员凭你的注册邮箱激活;退款遵循平台政策,未激活的购买可作废。
You agree not to abuse the service (e.g. scripted spam, attempting to exceed quota, reverse engineering for resale). The agent only performs NetSuite-related tasks within your permissions. 你同意不滥用服务(脚本刷量、绕过配额、为转售而逆向等);助手仅在你权限内执行 NetSuite 相关任务。
The service is provided "as is". AI output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing any change before it is applied to production NetSuite data. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 服务按"现状"提供;AI 输出可能有误,任何变更应用到生产 NetSuite 前由你负责复核;我们不承担间接或后果性损失。
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time. 违反条款的账户可被暂停;你可随时停止使用。
